Madhya Pradesh government adheres to the principle of 'Bahujan Hitay Bahujan Sukhay', which aims to provide comprehensive social security to the most vulnerable segments of society within the state, such as the elderly, laborers, people with disabilities, girls, widows, and abandoned women and children.

Through the implementation of various welfare schemes, including pension assistance, marriage assistance, scholarships, educational incentives, insurance support, maternity benefits, maternity leave assistance, funeral assistance for those below the poverty line (BPL), and provisions under the Food Security Ordinance 2013, eligible individuals receive the necessary support.

The Samagra platform offers citizens the ability to link their Aadhaar through Aadhaar eKYC services. Additionally, individuals can access their profiles using citizen login to view personal information as well as details of family members. Citizens have the option to request updates for their educational qualifications, names of parents, caste designation, income certification, and domicile certificates. Furthermore, individuals can view the services and schemes they have utilized and check their eligibility for various government department services or schemes.
